Let’s talk seasons! Specifically fall. In this open discussion, with Dr. Brooke Stuart, we will go over health and well-being in the context of this beautiful season, where we can begin to slow down, reset and allow old patterns to fall away- just in time for the holidays and to close out the year with strength and commitment. Here, we will also go over a healthy fall mindset, diet, lifestyle and even supplements. Think seasonal foods, festive activities, healthy swaps and common medical issues- all the while leaving time and space for open discussion for personalization.

1:45  pm- 2:45 Core & More Location: Floating Stage

Presented by Guruv Yoga

Core & More is a fun, flow class that will focus on 3 benefits of practicing yoga. The first section will awaken the core and concentrate on building core muscular energy and stamina. We will then flow into a section that works our balance. Improved balance gives you great posture and contributes to overall well-being. You will have a safer and more energized practice on the mat, and also be better prepared to face the daily practice of life off the mat. The final part of class is a passive practice that involves a variation of seated and supine poses designed to stretch, open and restore the deep layers of fascia; or connective tissue around the joints
