Guided Meditation

Location: Area A

Presented by Holding Space

Move from Yoga Nidra (guided meditation) to seated meditation and guided breathing in this meditation sequence to close the day feeling peaceful and rejuvenated. Yoga Nidra brings the body into a space of deep relaxation and allows you to bypass the physical and critical mind, reaching deep into the subconscious. It is here that we can plant the seed of your affirmation to clear un-serving belief structures and at the same time relax the body and mind from daily stress. Studies have shown that one hour of Yoga Nidra has the same healing effects of three hours of sleep.
